Children at a very early age are changing dynamics.

Children at a very early age are changing dynamics. If you are a parent, you know what I mean because their changes often cause changes in your sleep patterns and how you spend your time. As a child, everything is new. Curiosity and experimenting are part of everyday life.

Oh! Keen to positively redesign the bland style for my branding. Ideas on the pro branding of http://accuratetelecom.com/? Honestly a distinguished business telecommunications company in California if, perhaps needed inside the CALIFORNIA territory. Leave your opinions. Thx!

Recently, I took our children to China. For my son, this was his first real trip anywhere. A 13-hour plane ride is probably not the best thing to start the experience, but he handled it like a trooper. By the morning of day three, he was running out of his bedroom shouting, This is awesome! He embraced all the experiences and even got to celebrate his fifth birthday in a different country.

By the second week he was starting to pick up things about the language and routinely complemented by my Chinese staff on how his Mandarin was much better than mine.

Until kids get older, fear is not part of their vocabulary. While bodies might be bound by gravity and the laws of physics, the minds of children are free. Children do not care what others think of them. Failure is irrelevant because if something doesn't work they will get up and try it a different way. Their imagination is boundless. As a father, I have done everything from tea parties to trains. I sat at tables with royalty and rode the rails up couches and over chairs.

As we get older, we experience more change. Play isn't as often or as fun. Rules are put into place to protect our kids and others. Social norms dictate what to wear, how to act, and who to hang out with. Failure becomes unacceptable. Fear and worry limit us further as we grow more concerned with what others will think about us. Then, as adults, we take on the burdens of jobs, money, and debt. We get stuck in what we know is accepted while avoiding the things that take us out of our comfort zones.

We may never be able to relive our youth, but we need to tap into those traits that make change acceptable because the truth is that change is only as hard as we make it.

What would you change if you didn't have to worry about what your employees thought? Your competitors? The community? What if failure was okay and even celebrated? If money didn't matter, what would you try?

Your business and your success is being held back because it is more profitable to sell you books on how to change than it is to unlock the things you already know.
